Return / Exchange Policy

Returns:

You have 30 days to return an item from the date it was received. eligibility for a return is based on your items condition. your item must be unopened and unused, unaltered in any way and in original black band.If the black security band has been opened, the return and refund will not be accepted, for sanitary purposes.

We do not provide prepaid shipping labels, all return shipping is responsibility of the customer. shipping costs are non refundable. If the return is eligible and passes sanitation inspection, a refund to your payment card will be initiated. A 10% restocking fee will be applied to the return total.

Exchanges:

A new receipt will be sent to your email on file.

Please know that our extensions are a human product. If you do experience an issue that does not hold up to our standards at Sultry hair co please look through the following:

-Has the hair been colored (including purple shampoo) or bleached

-has the hair been exposed to hard or well water, chlorine, salts, sunscreen or products with sulfates and/or parabens

If the answer to both of these is no and within 30 days of hair purchase please reach out to customer service at info@sultryhairco.com
